Daily Food Watch – 06/11/13 | David A Invincible (Featuring The Fat Guy)
If you are interested in seeing what a FAT Guy is starting to eat like, read below. Also keep in mind that I drank a total of 3.75L of water throughout the day.
8:30AM – 2 slices of prosciutto, 3 slices of roast beef. All while preparing my lunch for today.
10:15AM – A bowl of mixed fruit, melons and pineapple.
11:45AM – 6 slices of roast beef.
1:15PM – A classic Italian meal… 6 slices of prosciutto wrapped around melon.
4:00PM – Scoop and a half of Ovation whey protein mixed with 8oz of water. With half a red pepper.
8:10PM – 12oz ribeye steak with sweet potato, pepper, onion, and veal sausage mixture.
As you can see in the photo above my PISS is pretty much crystal clear. Almost good enough to Drink.
I've been fat my whole life, other than a quick year when I lost almost 100 pounds. Now I've gained it back, and more, to become the fattest I've ever been. 305 pounds. Now I'm hoping to lose weight and go from fat to fit on the internet.View all post →
